Thundercry blade & stormbreaker spear

BY exeed

Introduction

Exeed’s Guild vs Guild (30v30) tank build, utilizing Moblade paired with Stormbreaker Spear, is designed for large-scale engagements where survivability, control, and team coordination are essential. As the primary shotcaller for one of the top EU guilds, this build plays a critical role in initiating fights, controlling enemy positioning, and enabling devastating area-of-effect combinations.

Unlike traditional damage-focused setups, this build is centered around sustain, crowd control, and team utility. Its purpose is not to secure kills individually, but to create opportunities for the team by grouping enemies together and absorbing incoming pressure during chaotic clump fights.

When executed correctly, this build becomes the backbone of any coordinated team composition.

turns a successful defend/parry with the Thundercry Blade into a built-in counterattack — after a block you can instantly perform a Charged Heavy Attack without charging, and landing a Varied Combo restores a bar of Battle Will. As you breakthrough it, you get bonuses like **chance for extra Battle Will on defend,  upgraded counter hits, shorter cooldown on the riposte, and the ability to consume Battle Will for big damage on advanced charged hits

Stormbreaker Spear’s taunt skill (Roar of Storm) grant much stronger damage reduction and aggro control after taunting, While that damage reduction is active you deal a bit less damage, but as you breakthrough and upgrade it you also get longer shield uptime with healing on expiration, higher max HP scaling, even stronger damage reduction, and HP recovery tied to attacks during the mitigation window

triggers a protective shield when your HP drops below 30%, giving you a buffer that absorbs a significant portion of damage (based on your max HP). As you upgrade it through Breakthrough tiers, it increases shield size, max HP, healing effectiveness while the shield is active, shortens its cooldown, and even cuts the cooldown further if the shield breaks early

helps you get more Vitality by giving certain recovery actions a chance to grant bonus Vitality, and through breakthroughs it expands that benefit to guaranteed bonus Vitality from, perfect dodges, headshots, deflects, and at max tier even refunds a portion of Vitality spent after casting Mystic Arts
